Lanzhou Petrochemical's jet fuel output reached a record high.

On May 21st, in the centralized control room of the refinery area of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the operators inside the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit with a capacity of 5 million tons/year were carefully comparing the quality inspection analysis results, sliding the mouse at the control points on the screen, and adjusting the external volume of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit again, so as to accurately control the freezing point of aviation fuel on the quality index line and ensure the maximum yield of aviation fuel.

Since the beginning of this year, Lanzhou Petrochemical has been market-oriented, fully implemented "reducing firewood and increasing air traffic", efficiently linked production, marketing and transportation, optimized the structure of refined oil products, and made every effort to ensure delivery.

From January to April, Lanzhou Petrochemical's jet fuel output exceeded 340,000 tons, up 8.94% year-on-year, and the output reached a record high. The aviation coal railway shipped 1281 vehicles, a record high.

In the production, two atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company raised the final distillation point of the first-line jet fuel, and intermittently adjusted the steam quantity of the second-line stripper according to the change of crude oil properties to maximize the production of jet fuel components; Two sets of jet fuel hydrotreating units optimize the product structure, strengthen the whole process control, accurately control the flash point of refined jet fuel, optimize the process and raw material ratio of hydrofining and refining units, significantly improve the reaction conversion rate and increase the production capacity of jet fuel; The 900,000-ton/a diesel hydrotreating unit adjusts the proportion of raw materials, controls the bed temperature rise of cracking reactor and the top temperature of stripping tower, and adjusts the heat balance of reaction fractionation system to improve the operation efficiency and product conversion rate of the unit. Faced with the weather characteristics of large temperature difference in the morning and evening, more dusty weather and rainfall, Lanzhou Petrochemical insists on standardized and refined inspection, focusing on monitoring the operation of large units, and ensuring the output and quality of jet fuel with the stable operation of equipment and facilities.

At the same time, Lanzhou Petrochemical held steady the last leg of the "relay race" of jet fuel production, transportation and marketing, and paid attention to "fine blending" with one hand. According to the changes in the output and quality of jet fuel components in the upstream device, it optimized the operation of four jet fuel storage tanks, dynamically adjusted the blended oil quantity in a single batch, and achieved "fast forward and fast out" to improve the turnover efficiency and meet the market demand. Pay attention to "efficient delivery", strengthen the management of car-to-car, loading and transportation of railway tank cars, reduce loading time as much as possible, and improve vehicle turnover efficiency. On the basis of completing the task of oil delivery, we should do a good job in cleaning the tank car and maintaining the crane pipe, pump and tank washing equipment, so as to create favorable conditions for ensuring the supply of aviation fuel in all directions.
