The output of these products has effectively filled the supply gap in the fiber market in South China, further consolidated the pillar position of Guangdong Petrochemical in the regional market, and laid the foundation for opening up a broader market.
It is understood that polypropylene high-melting fiber material has the characteristics of strong rheology and difficult granulation. In the process of changing production, with the increase of peroxide concentration, large pieces, pieces and lumps appear many times, which not only affects the product quality, but also may cause problems such as knife cushion and knife withdrawal.
Guangdong Petrochemical Company attaches great importance to the transformation of production, and will focus on the task of transforming production every morning. The company specially set up the PP-HY0370 production conversion research team. By precisely adjusting the parameters such as the extruder die plate temperature, the speed of the granulator, the mesh number of the screen changer and the opening of the throttle valve, the single variable control was implemented to promote the production conversion process in an orderly manner, which successfully solved the problems such as uneven template discharge and cutter pad of the granulator after peroxide was added.
The research team also used scientific quantitative methods to monitor the speed and size of the formation of bulk materials in real time, and organized a professional team to carry out the cause analysis, and finally solved the technical problem of the formation of bulk materials.
