On August 10th, the reporter learned that Fushun Petrochemical Company kept a close eye on the market demand, continuously optimized the plant scheduling scheme, organized all production units to optimize production scheduling throughout the whole process of production and operation, made every effort to increase production of new products, and implemented the innovation-driven development strategy. In the first seven months of this year, the company produced a total of 3.2 tons of special materials for high-permeability greenhouse films of various brands, and the output doubled year-on-year.

In order to further optimize the structure of resin products, improve the quality and output of new products and enhance the market competitiveness, Fushun Petrochemical Company organized the low-density polyethylene workshop of olefin plant to prepare the production plan of new products in advance, and fully identified and evaluated the production risks. In the production process, the workshop starts from the source, strictly monitors the raw material indexes such as ethylene, butene and hydrogen, and the production change trend, and the technical management personnel follow the whole process and refine the adjustment of reactor parameters, thus achieving stable production under high load. At the same time, the workshop strengthened equipment management, eliminated hidden dangers of equipment, and realized long-term stable operation of equipment.

In view of the fact that the switching span between various brands is large, which affects the smooth operation, the workshop management personnel optimize the switching sequence of brands to ensure the centralized production scheduling and cross-month joint production of new products. In addition, the brand switching operation card was further improved, and each specific measure was refined, which greatly improved the operation stability and realized the high-quality and large-scale production increase of low-density series new products.
