CNPC held its first marketing work conference, Chairman Dai Houliang delivered a speech entitled "Liberating Ideas, Changing Concepts, and Strengthening Marketing Work", emphasizing to strengthen marketing work, follow the rules of market economic development and the operation rules of the oil and gas industry, and adhere to the marketing policy of "market-oriented, customer-first, sales-oriented, production-oriented, production-promotion, integrated synergy, and win-win competition".


Each business segment and each enterprise will enhance the market awareness, strengthen the overall planning and top-level design of marketing, rationalize the marketing management system, and promote the digital transformation of marketing. The refining and chemical enterprises keeps up with market-oriented, timely adjusting the ratio of diesel to gasoline, increasing the production of high-efficiency products and high-end chemical products. The sales business strengthens the linkage between production and sales, improves sales capacity, and stabilizes market share; the scale of oil sales continues to expand, the market guarantee capacity continues to improve, continues to promote the "Life Project" to help the marketing network more complete, and the number of gas stations increased to more than 22,000 pcs, the amplification achieve more than 10%.


CNPC started to explore smart petrol stations. Mobile payment was fully implemented which made a major breakthrough of 100 million online users. The quality of non-oil business continued to improve makes the annual store sales revenue and gross profit continued to rise year on year. The "oil sells vegetables" and "PetroChina live broadcast" became internet buzzwords indicates that the online and offline businesses formed a strong marketing synergy.


CNPC won the annual championship of the national brand power index for the fourth time, among them the brand evaluation value of Kunlun Hospice reached 12.632 billion yuan, ranking top in the national retail industry. The leading role of marketing in the reform and development of enterprises was strengthened, and promote the transformation from "production-oriented" to "operation-oriented" was promoted.
