As of May 10th, the 450,000-ton/year linear low-density polyethylene plant in Fushun Petrochemical Olefin Plant has been running continuously and safely for 720 days, breaking the record of 569 days for similar plants in China Petroleum, and achieving the goals of reducing energy consumption, increasing production and increasing efficiency.


In order to ensure the long-term operation of the plant, Fushun Petrochemical organized technical backbones to demonstrate in many ways according to the operation characteristics of the plant, and introduced and implemented "four optimization" measures, namely, optimizing the real-time monitoring of raw materials, optimizing the operation of refining bed, optimizing the operation monitoring of heat exchanger and optimizing the investigation scheme of abnormal raw materials. At the same time, Fushun Petrochemical has formulated a specific plan to optimize the real-time monitoring of raw materials, strengthen real-time monitoring and online accurate monitoring, achieve regular sampling and analysis, and eliminate possible device fluctuations. Fushun Petrochemical Company further strengthened the maintenance of online analytical instruments for raw materials, which increased the guarantee for the long-term operation of the plant.


In order to avoid the failure of the fluidized bed reactor in the plant, which will affect the long-term operation of the plant, Fushun Petrochemical Company organized technical research, further optimized the polymerization reaction conditions, accurately controlled the height of the gas-phase fluidized bed, and implemented a series of optimization measures to minimize the accident risk.


The major unit is the key part of the device. Fushun Petrochemical Company started with strengthening the daily maintenance management of extruder system, continuously doing the daily maintenance of circulating gas compressor, and doing the predictive maintenance of exhaust gas compressor and nitrogen compressor, and implemented the unit management and maintenance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
