The company has organized manpower to eliminate the defects and hidden dangers of 1.2 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation unit and acrylic acid unit, optimized and improved the furnace conditions of two ethylene units, and carried out special maintenance on 3 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation unit to ensure the efficient operation of refining and chemical units, exceeding the target tasks. Among them, 730,000 tons of crude oil was processed, 538,000 tons of refined oil and 137,700 tons of ethylene were produced, and the output of synthetic rubber and the output of No.95 gasoline reached monthly highs.

After the conversion of 300,000 tons/year polypropylene plant to RP260, 200,000 tons/year high-pressure polyethylene plant to 2426H hours, and Yulin 400,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene plant to 23,050 products, the benefits have increased significantly. We made every effort to increase the output of No.95 gasoline, and the factory output reached 105,000 tons that month, a record high. By expanding sales channels, the sales of styrene increased by 300 tons, and methyl ethyl ketone increased efficiency by more than 1 million yuan.

The energy consumption and material consumption of each unit in January was obviously lower than that of the same period last year, especially through the single storage and single crack test of large ethylene topping oil, the ethylene yield increased by 0.6 percentage points.
