On June 11th, the first batch of 900 tons of long-chain branched polyethylene resin products produced by Daqing Petrochemical Company were sent to the northeast market. This trial production of new products is the result of keeping up with the market demand and optimizing the product structure. It is also the first time that Daqing Petrochemical has made a technical breakthrough in the trial production of titanium-based catalysts in the second full-density plant after the linear plant used metallocene catalysts to produce similar products.
This product changes the molecular chain structure of polyethylene by injecting special additives, which significantly improves the transparency, strength and toughness, and is mainly used in the field of shed film. In order to ensure the success of the first trial production, the Polyolefin Department of Daqing Petrochemical Company prepared the production technical plan in advance, and formulated nine retreat conditions and emergency measures to prevent risks such as electrostatic fluctuation and abnormal melt index. Re-start the special injection system, and complete pipeline cleaning, purging and replacement in only half a month, and get through the whole process. During the trial production, employees dynamically adjust the parameters and encrypt the sampling frequency, so as to accurately control the process indicators to the central value and ensure the smooth completion of production.
Relying on the high load advantage of fluidized bed process, the second full-density unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company successfully broke through the capacity limit of linear unit. This device has high technical maturity and the ability to quickly enlarge the production scale, laying the foundation for the market promotion of new products. After the product is fully put into the market, it can not only enrich the polyolefin product structure of Daqing Petrochemical Company, but also provide raw material support for the downstream high-end membrane material field and open up incremental space for expanding the market and expanding sales.
