On March 15th, the spring ploughed diesel oil produced by Harbin Petrochemical Company was delivered from the factory by means of special oil transportation train, pipeline transportation and local payment. According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, this company has steadily supplied 180,000 tons of spring ploughing diesel oil, an increase of 19.6% compared with the same period of last year, which has met the demand for spring ploughing oil products in Heilongjiang and its surrounding areas to the maximum extent.

Affected by price fluctuation, tank storage conditions and other factors this spring, the demand for spring ploughing oil has increased, while the diesel oil reserves in various oil depots in the province are relatively low. In order to prepare oil and ensure supply in spring, Harbin Petrochemical Company strengthened the dynamic monitoring of all links in the whole process of diesel oil metering, production, transportation, sales and storage, made full use of the flexible advantages of plant production, comprehensively considered the operation of the plant, material balance, production organization connection, etc., and successfully resolved the seasonal contradiction between supply and demand of spring ploughed diesel oil by adjusting the reaction depth of the plant and strictly controlling the product yield.

In order to ensure the quality of oil used for spring ploughing, the company has improved the detailed rules for the quality management of finished products leaving the factory, strictly stipulated the analysis frequency of distillate products, and ensured that the qualified rate of diesel oil leaves the factory is always 100%.
