While increasing efficiency through technology, Sinopec also starts with management optimization to further increase the output of polypropylene.The Department of Science and Technology revised the process card to recycle the incomplete propylene burned on the torch line to the gas separation unit for secondary purification through process adjustment, so as to increase its recovery utilization. The bypass line from the gas separation unit to the No. 11 spherical tank has been blinded to reduce the propylene loss of 0.5t / h in order to prevent freezing and achieve annual propylene recovery of more than 4000 tons.
