The first batch of new Y80 polyethylene wax products were successfully delivered from the factory, bringing new profit growth points to the enterprise.
As an important petrochemical derivative, polyethylene wax is widely used in coatings, plastic processing, color masterbatch, paraffin modification and other industrial fields. This year, with the commissioning of Jilin Petrochemical's new 400,000-ton/year high-density polyethylene plant, the raw material of polyethylene wax is further increased. The company went deep into the terminal market research, accurately identified the demand trend of customers for liquid polyethylene wax, and successfully developed a new product Y80 polyethylene wax by adding a special pipeline between the dehydrogenation kettle and the product stack and optimizing the key process parameters.
It is reported that after the transformation of the 3500t/a polyethylene wax plant, the new Y80 polyethylene wax products can be directly transported to the tank car through pipelines, which saves the original intermediate links such as granulation and packaging, and the daily processing capacity is increased from 20t to 40t, which significantly improves the production efficiency and effectively reduces the production cost. At the same time, according to the actual needs of customers and the characteristics of raw materials, the device can flexibly switch the production modes of solid wax and liquid wax, which greatly enhances the market response speed and product competitiveness.
