On September 1st, the author learned from Lanzhou Petrochemical Quality Inspection Center that the first batch of new metallocene polyethylene product mPE1012 particles produced by the company's 300,000-ton/year full-density polyethylene plant all met the product quality standards, marking the addition of new members to the company's metallocene polyethylene series products.

Metallocene polyethylene is very difficult to produce because of its harsh production conditions and extremely sensitive to impurities. The R&D team of metallocene polyethylene production technology in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company systematically sorts out and deeply analyzes the key process parameters of this brand, fully identifies the possible risk points in the process of brand switching, and formulates detailed emergency plans and operation optimization plans in advance to ensure that the production conversion process is controllable and under control.
