In 2023, Jilin Petrochemical paid close attention to the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, solved the bottleneck problems affecting the operation of the device one by one, paid special attention to the management and control of the device and the predictive inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and extended the operation cycle. For the first time, the continuous operation time of ethylene-propylene rubber 00 series products exceeded 180 days.

Taking the market demand as the starting point, Jilin Petrochemical rationally optimized and organized the brand switching of ethylene-propylene rubber plant for 24 times, and shortened the switching time from the previous 4 days to 16 hours to increase the effective operation time. Accurately control process parameters, narrow the polymerization temperature range and other 39 key indicators, effectively implement key measures such as improving catalytic efficiency, raising the temperature of deactivator and flash heat exchanger, and realize a substantial increase in output.

While steadily increasing output, Jilin Petrochemical further consolidated and expanded its market by improving product quality. Several rounds of key parameter benchmarking and hidden trouble investigation were carried out, and the key indicators and hidden trouble problems were tracked, managed and eliminated with the weekly ethylene propylene rubber quality research meeting as the carrier, and the product process capability index reached the best in history. In 2023, the export volume of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber of Jilin Petrochemical Company increased by 50% compared with the previous year, and the efficiency of single variety exceeded 100 million yuan.

"We also implemented a three-level appearance quality inspection and confirmation system for factories, workshops and teams, and implemented on-site supervision and management measures for workshop managers.
