On October 12th, the production of SBR1500E and SBR1502 products of Jilin Petrochemical Company was completed, and they were loaded and sent to all parts of the country.

Since August, the domestic styrene-butadiene rubber market has picked up. Jilin Petrochemical seized the opportunity of production, kept a close eye on the high-load stable operation of styrene-butadiene rubber plant, improved quality and efficiency, and realized product profitability for two consecutive months.

Styrene-butadiene rubber is a highly competitive product of Jilin Petrochemical Company, which is mainly used to manufacture rubber products such as automobile tires, rubber shoes and adhesive tapes. In July this year, after the styrene-butadiene rubber plant resumed double-line operation, technicians analyzed and summarized the production and operation of the plant, and rationally reduced the consumption of raw material styrene, "three agents" and steam by optimizing process parameters and strengthening on-site management, thus reducing the cost. Jilin Petrochemical also strengthened the management of raw material preparation, latex blending and ice machine, strengthened the control of key indicators such as coagulation temperature and drying oven temperature, improved the level of lean work, strictly controlled process parameters, and reduced the amount of waste rubber from the source. The waste rubber rate of products decreased by 0.11 percentage points compared with the first half of the year.
