Closely around the construction of the "refining and chemical integration and integration of the development base" goal, actively promote the 1.2 million tons/year ethane to ethylene project pre-feasibility study, the implementation of the project's new energy indicators, pollutant emission indicators, the park and peripheral social support conditions, and strive to transform the high-quality development of refining and chemical integration "blueprint" into "construction drawing" and "real map".

In order to steadily promote the preliminary work of the project, the company established a preliminary work organization for the construction of 1.2 million tons/year ethane to ethylene project, and visited the relevant functional departments of Ordos City and Wushen Banner for many times to understand the relevant policies.
