New metallocene polyethylene

On August 19th, the reporter learned from Dushanzi Petrochemical Company that the new metallocene HPR2018HA product was industrialized in the company's full density polyethylene plant for the first time. The process was stable and controlled, and the product quality met the expectations.

The trial-produced metallocene polyethylene products are special materials for high-strength metallocene polyethylene films, which have excellent tensile properties, puncture resistance and good stiffness, and are mainly used to produce high-end packaging films, frozen films, composite films, etc.

The successful development of metallocene HPR2018HA has filled the vacancy of metallocene series intermediate products, made the company's metallocene semi-continuous conversion process smoother, further reduced the generation of transition materials, shortened the conversion time, and also marked the further improvement of the company's metallocene polyethylene product series and a more complete system.
