Carefully control the process parameters, ensure the stable operation of each post, and effectively avoid or slow down the blockage of fluidization circuit.

In order to improve the technical skills of employees, the workshop set up "director lecture hall" and "technician special lecture", and strengthened the training of key positions and reserve personnel such as squad leader, polymerization chief operator and granulation chief operator to improve their job skills. Organize regular emergency drills for teams and groups, and conduct joint patrol inspections every week. Technicians conduct patrol inspections no less than twice a day. The monitor and post staff conduct cross patrol inspections every hour. At the same time, vigorously tackle the bottleneck problems that affect the long-term operation of the device to ensure the stable operation of the device.
