The Tarim ethane-to-ethylene project of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company produces 126000 tons of ethylene and 120000 tons of polyethylene, completing this year's production task 40 days ahead of schedule. 

Since the successful start-up on August 30, the Dipi ethane-to-ethylene project has strictly carried out the production plan, guided and stimulated the subjective initiative of the whole staff with the production plan, and improved the smooth operation level of the plant. After the commissioning of ethylene plant, high-density polyethylene plant and full-density polyethylene plant, full-load production began in the same month, creating a new level of start-up and operation of domestic ethylene plant. 

After the plant was put into operation, in view of the production fluctuation, the Monopec ethane to ethylene project specially organized an analysis meeting and worked out the corresponding control measures. Adopt the mode of "application + evaluation + examination and approval + follow-up" to manage the change of production operation, establish the account of production fluctuation, analyze the causes of process fluctuation, organize the formulation of countermeasures and follow up the implementation of measures. 

Through the oil refining and chemical operation system, intelligent control and advanced alarm system, the process parameter monitoring system is established, the stable rate account is established reasonably, and the alarm account is revised.As of November 23, the stationarity rates of the four devices were all above 98%, and the number of invalid alarms decreased by an average of 94.8% compared with the peak value in the commissioning phase, and the number of invalid alarms per set of devices reached the international standard. 

Up to now, Sinopec ethane to ethylene project daily output of about 1800 tons, polyethylene products are sold to North China, South China, East China and other sales regions.
