In order to meet the needs of customers, Du Sinopec has made great efforts to strengthen the whole process quality management and product quality, adhere to the problem orientation, achieve full coverage of quality management assessment and daily quality supervision, and realize the effective combination of quality management system and production and operation. At the same time, strictly control the incoming and technological process of raw materials, as well as product inventory, leaving the factory and other links, to achieve 100% accuracy of product analysis, 100% accuracy of product sampling and re-inspection, 100% qualified rate of quality supervision, 100% qualified rate of superior sampling inspection, and zero effective customer complaints about product quality.

Since the beginning of this year, independent petrochemical has further improved the quality anomaly management mechanism and improved the stability of its products. Among the 37 commonly used chemical solid products, the process capability index (CPK index) quantitative evaluation is carried out in an all-round way, and the CPK index of 5 key products is more than 1.67.
