Successfully mass-produced polypropylene high-melting fiber material!

On May 19th, Huabei Petrochemical Company successfully completed the production plan of 3000 tons of polypropylene high-melting fiber PP-HY0370 per month, which marked that the company officially entered a new stage of mass production of polypropylene high-melting fiber.

Polypropylene high-melting fiber is a high-performance chemical raw material, which has a wide application prospect in many fields such as medical and health care. Facing the huge potential of polypropylene high-melting fiber market, the company has set up a professional research team composed of chemical experts, technicians and technical backbones. In February this year, the company completed the trial production of polypropylene high-melting fiber for the first time, and the product quality fully met the requirements of downstream users. On May 7th, PP-HY0370, a high-melting polypropylene fiber material, was successfully put into production at one time.

The production of polypropylene high-melting fiber requires extremely high purity of raw materials, reaction conditions and process control, and problems in any link may lead to unstable product quality. Through repeated experiments and optimization, the company took advantage of the window maintenance opportunity to complete the key work such as the transformation of metering system, the hidden danger management of granulating system, and the introduction of metering data into DCS. At the same time, in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, the company strictly controls all aspects such as raw material procurement, production and processing, and finished product inspection, and implements special maintenance for the polypropylene granulation unit to ensure the safety and stability of the whole mass production process and the quality of products all meet the factory standards.
