At the same time, the company actively communicated with downstream customers, compiled and improved the trial production plan of new products, closely organized technical plan review and product standard approval, and organized post personnel to carefully adjust and adjust key indicators such as extruder template temperature, particle water temperature and granulator speed. In particular, according to the changes of the operating conditions of the primary and secondary compressors, the feed rate is adjusted in time to ensure the stability of the device under high load operation.

After testing and analysis, compared with the general products on the market at present, the new PE-LD2420B product has higher smoothness, which can better overcome the electrostatic adsorption force in the food packaging process and speed up the food processing. It can be widely used in packaging bags for producing jelly, popsicles and other products.
