On July 6th, the 31st China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair opened. Six new materials, such as polypropylene medical material RP260 and high carboxyl liquid nitrile rubber, were unveiled in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, showing the concrete practical achievements made by enterprises in developing new quality productivity.
This year's Lanzhou Fair was held in Gansu International Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme of "sharing opportunities, seeking common development and creating prosperity together".
The polypropylene medical material RP260 exhibited by Lanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is mainly used for the production of medical packaging materials, which fills the gap of domestic medical polyolefin and realizes import substitution. The production parameters have become the national evaluation standard for medical packaging materials polyolefin. High carboxyl liquid nitrile rubber is mainly used to prepare aircraft structural parts bonding, etc. The performance of polypropylene car materials is equivalent to that of imported products, and it has been successfully applied to well-known car companies such as BYD. NBR3308E is widely used in oil sealing products because of its excellent weather resistance and low temperature resistance. RPE02M, a special material for polypropylene, has high mechanical strength, good processing fluidity and strong heat resistance. It is suitable for high-temperature sterilization environment and can be used to manufacture polypropylene medicine bottles and ampoules.
In this Lanzhou Fair, Lanzhou Petrochemical also signed two digital construction projects, such as "Digital Transformation and Intelligent Development Pilot Construction", and actively contributed to local economic development.
