On July 10th, with the first-line production stop in the spinning joint device area of chemical fiber department of Daqing Petrochemical Company, the new DGF-K fiber products with two specifications totaling 50 tons were produced and ready to be sent to downstream processors. Daqing Petrochemical Company is the first enterprise in China to successfully develop DGF-K fiber. The new product successfully developed this time not only enriches the fiber product line and fills the domestic gap, but also lays a solid foundation for subsequent amplification production and high-end and customized market promotion.
DGF-K fiber is an upgraded functional fiber of DGF fiber. On the basis of retaining the far infrared function, ultraviolet resistance and excellent electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, it successfully overcomes the pilling problem. Tested by authoritative organizations, the antibacterial rate of the fiber against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached 99%, and the anti-pilling performance was Grade 4, with excellent performance in all indicators. In application, DGF-K fiber can be widely used in clothing, masks, masks, medical supplies and other fields.
Daqing Petrochemical Company is the only enterprise in China Petroleum that uses sodium thiocyanate wet spinning to produce acrylic fiber. In order to meet the needs of downstream customers, the chemical fiber department of the company set up a professional R&D team, scientifically formulated a research and production plan based on the actual situation of the plant, and successfully developed and produced DGF fiber series products with different specifications by polymerizing and blending acrylonitrile and vinyl acetate components with different molecular weights. The new products to be put on the market this time will be used for bedding, clothing fabrics in autumn and winter and other fields.
