On June 26th, the reporter learned from Ningxia Petrochemical Company that the company's "Industrial internet plus Safety Production" risk intelligent management and control platform was officially launched, laying a solid foundation for the digital transformation of enterprise safety supervision.
The platform originated from the project of "Intelligent Risk Management and Control of Industrial internet plus Safety Production" and Hidden Danger Management of Infrastructure, which was launched in December 2023. This is an important measure for Ningxia Petrochemical to respond to the relevant national action plan and attack the essential safety. The project aims to build "one platform+eight applications+one core database", deeply integrates technologies such as Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, and strives to open up core business processes and data streams such as patrol inspection, work permit and dual prevention mechanism, improve data processing and early warning capabilities, and implement data-driven decision-making in all aspects of safety management.
After the start of the project, Ningxia Petrochemical and Kunlun Digital Intelligence cooperated deeply to form a project team to promote the design, development and equipment installation of the platform in an integrated manner, so as to ensure the smooth and orderly trial operation of the platform. After several months of hard work, the platform successfully passed the acceptance and put into use as scheduled.
According to Meng Qingjun, a member of the project construction technology team, the platform has achieved remarkable results since it was launched, and 222 tickets have been successfully handled, and the compliance of ticket handling has improved by 90%; 455 inspection tasks were completed and recorded, and 20 high-risk operations were monitored in the whole process. The functional modules such as dynamic management and control of safety risks, electronic whole process of special operations and intelligent inspection were running stably.
The successful launch of the platform is a major breakthrough in the fields of digitalization of production and operation and intelligent safety management of Ningxia Petrochemical Company, which has improved the dynamic perception of safety production, pre-emptive prevention and overall joint defense capabilities of enterprises, significantly improved the level of intrinsic safety management, accelerated the digital transformation of safety supervision, and injected strong impetus into the construction of "safe enterprise" and "intelligent enterprise".
