High-end polypropylene products!

As of March 4th, Dushanzi Petrochemical Company's output of T98 series lithium battery separator exceeded 7,700 tons this year, which was more than 6 times higher than the same period of last year, setting a record for the highest production capacity in history, marking another breakthrough in the construction of the company's high-end polypropylene product matrix.

The growth of market demand provides a broad space for the production of T98 series lithium battery separator. As one of the four core components of lithium battery, the performance of separator directly determines the energy density, safety and service life of battery. Since 2016, Dushanzi Petrochemical has set up a special technical team to tackle key problems. In 2021, it successfully realized the industrial production of T98 series products and HP30CF, a special material for capacitor films, which filled the gap of China Petroleum in this product field.

In 2023, Dushanzi Petrochemical upgraded the device, which further improved the quality and output of lithium battery separator, and the production process was more refined, which met the higher requirements of T98 series products for production accuracy. The mechanical properties and chemical stability indexes reached the leading level in the industry, and obtained regular bulk purchase from head enterprises.

At present, Dushanzi Petrochemical is promoting the research and development of melt-finger-optimized diaphragm materials and capacitor coarsening film materials, and the technical team is simultaneously conducting downstream processing and application guidance to accelerate the process of introducing new products into the market.
