Optimize production and increase efficiency!

The production of wax plant in Daqing Petrochemical Refinery is busy, with 2,443 tons of semi-refined paraffin exported from No.58 and multi-brand paraffin products such as No.58 crude paraffin transported out of the factory by rail and road. Since the beginning of this year, Daqing Petrochemical has made efficient use of resources and optimized production organization. In the first four months, it produced 82,300 tons of paraffin wax, with a production and sales rate of 100%.

Constantly strengthen market awareness and competition awareness, speed up product structure adjustment, and make efforts in small varieties, refinement and high efficiency. Through market prospect analysis and benefit calculation of seven kinds of paraffin wax products in Daqing Petrochemical Refinery, it is found that crude paraffin No.64 with high melting point has a strong demand and high profit. In March and April, this factory produced 1397 tons of paraffin wax with full horsepower, opening up profit growth points for enterprises.


It is the key measure to improve the efficiency of oil refining business to continuously promote "reducing oil and increasing specialty". In view of the high operating cost, the technical staff of the refinery have tried to find out the best operation when the second line is reduced and the third line is reduced after many times of practice. Only the furfural refined oil directly improves the target storage tank, which can increase 7,000 tons of wax materials and 1,700 tons of paraffin annually. Under the existing conditions, the self-inspection process of the atmospheric and vacuum joint workshop will repair the old seal oil storage tank of the pump and make use of the waste, and the post staff can check the wax oil removal with water through the tank mirror and the bottom vent valve. After nearly two months' operation observation, the third-line wax material is increased from 120 tons to 520 tons per day, and the comprehensive benefit is maximized.
