It is understood that J-3092E product is the brand of oil-filled ethylene-propylene rubber in Jihua, which is mainly used in automobile sealing strips, building seals, household appliances and water pipes and other industries. In order to ensure the smooth completion of production, the factory organized key members of technology, equipment and safety to formulate production plans in advance, and arranged special personnel to provide special care for key core equipment such as glue pump, vacuum pump and extrusion granulator during the production of the device, so as to reduce process fluctuation and the number of agreed products under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the device. In view of the characteristics of this brand product, such as high Mooney and long oil filling process, the factory strictly manages the cold capacity of the polymerization system, the pressure of the filling oil pump and the process, and focuses on the adjustment methods of the main control parameters, so as to implement the responsibility to the people and the progress to the time point to ensure the stability of the central control index and the smooth operation of the rear part.
