New polyethylene products!

The plastic factory of Daqing Petrochemical Company successfully produced 201 tons of new products of high Mooney rubber chlorinated polyethylene type B QL585P for the first time, which became a new bright spot for enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness of products.

It is understood that the rubber-type chlorinated polyethylene type B QL585P products of Komoni have better cold resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance and flame retardancy, and are mainly used for manufacturing wire and cable hose sheaths, conveyor belts, rubber dams, special tires, escalator handrails, etc. Typical products are Lotte brand of Korea, and only one domestic enterprise can produce them at present. After in-depth market research, the annual market demand of rubber chlorinated polyethylene resin is more than 100,000 tons, mainly in North China and South China, with a good market prospect.Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Factory worked out the production plan in advance and refined the operation process. At 18: 00 on March 12th, the product brand of line C of the low-voltage device in this factory was successfully switched back from QL585P to QL505P, which marked the first industrial trial production of the new product QL585P, a new type B of high Mooney rubber chlorinated polyethylene. A total of 201 tons of qualified products were produced this time, which will be sent to downstream manufacturers for processing test in the next step.Due to sufficient preparation and detailed plan, this factory not only completed the first trial production of new product QL585P, but also completed the expanded production of new product QL565P of middle and high Mooney rubber chlorinated polyethylene B developed last year.
