With the coming of winter, Du Petrochemical has further improved the heating furnace thermal efficiency and the overall operation level, and promoted the work of improving quality and efficiency to a new level.
At present, alone petrochemical process heating furnace 45, January to September this year, participate in the thermal efficiency of the standard assessment of the heating furnace have reached the assessment indicators formulated at the beginning of the year. The thermal efficiency of no. 6 ethylene two-part cracking furnace is the highest, reaching 94.42%, and the exhaust temperature is controlled within 100 degrees Celsius.
The improvement of operation period, utilization rate and thermal efficiency of reheating furnace is very important to increase crude oil processing capacity and ethylene production. Since the beginning of 2017, Dushanzi Petrochemical Company has organized a special labor competition for the optimization operation of cracking furnace. Currently, it has expanded to cover ethylene cracking furnace, hydrogen reformer and ammonia reformer. Each heating furnace corresponding to the establishment of a contract special care team, from the process adjustment, equipment shortage, instrument maintenance and other aspects of the implementation of 24-hour comprehensive care, effectively improve the overall operation level of the heating furnace.
Du Petrochemical Company's research on online monitoring and calculation system of process heating furnace thermal efficiency has always been in the leading position of CNPC. At present, 45 heating furnaces have realized monitoring operation.
