The ethylene plant pays attention to carry out the solicitation activities of tapping potential and increasing efficiency projects, implement project dynamic management, organize experts to consider the feasibility of the project item by item, and constantly improve accounting measures and increase efficiency. Each shift calculates the output of ethylene and propylene, evaluates the yield of triene and diene every day, fine control, dynamically adjusts the efficient operation of the cracking furnace, and makes every effort to increase the output of high-efficiency products. At the same time, we will meticulously organize the landing of new processes and new ideas, promote independent and innovative automatic switching-out procedures, and increase efficiency by 1.099 million yuan.

Guide the grass-roots workshop to further optimize and improve the internal incentive mechanism, and change the collection and implementation of golden ideas to two-level professional monitoring. So far, a total of 225 items have been collected, 49 items have been adopted and implemented, and the efficiency has been increased by 1.168 million yuan.
